Paying By Credit Card
After selecting the products that you wish to purchase, you’ll need to select the “Pay By Credit Card” option on the payment screen. Once you submit your credit card information, we will securely communicate this information to your bank and receive authorization for payment. The payment made by the credit card is immediately confirmed and orders are processed instantly.
The shipping cost of Romania for standard delivery is 10.90 RON. The minimum order requirement for free shipping is 100 RON.
The shipping fee for lockers in Romania is 8.90 RON.
For orders you have chosen as payment method - Payment on delivery - a fee of 5 RON will be charged, in addition to the shipping fee, even if there are Free Shipping campaigns. This additional shipping fee is non-refundable.
For any order for which payment is made by card, no additional fee is applied to the standard shipping cost.
The shipping cost in Germany for standard delivery is 5.99 EUR. Free delivery for orders over 80 EUR.
Bulgaria's standard shipping cost is 4.90 BGN. The minimum order requirement for free shipping is 50 BGN.

Orders That Could Not be Delivered
Orders that cannot be delivered more than once due to inaccurate or missing address information and/or inability to find the recipient at the address provided will automatically be returned to LC Waikiki .
Orders which are returned to LC Waikiki in this manner cannot be delivered again.
After your order is confirmed, you can view your orders via the "my account" link, have information about their status, and track the cargo after it has been shipped.

After clicking on the “Forgot My Password” link from the “Sign In” page, enter your email address (the same email address that you entered to create your account), and click “Submit”. You will then receive an email informing you how to create your new password.
New account
Click on the “Register” link in the upper-right corner of the screen on each page. After entering your email address and your password on the next page, enter your current mobile number. Your account subscription will be completed once you have entered the code which has been sent to your mobile phone. In order for us to get to know you better and notify you about our special promotions, you can fill out your detailed account information on the profile page.
Update account information
Click the “Sign In” link in the upper-right corner of the screen. After signing into your account, click on the “My Profile” link. On the “Edit Profile” page, you can make any changes you need to your personal information.
Order Cancellation
Once you have signed in, click on the “My Orders” button via the “My Account” section, which is placed in the upper-right corner of each page. You can cancel your order if your order status says “Order Waiting For Approval”.
If you place your order without an account with us, you can follow your order by clicking on the “Order Tracking” link, which is placed on the upper-right corner of each page.
Address Change
After you’ve signed into your account, click the “My Orders” link from the “My Account” section, which is placed in the upper right corner of each page. You can change your address details for an order which has the “Order Waiting For Approval”, “Waiting for Payment”, “Confirmed” or “Preparing”status.
Order Tracking
After signing in, click on the “My Orders” button from “My Account” part which is placed in the upper right corner of the screen. Then go to the details of your related order and by clicking on the “Order Tracking” link you can get information about your order’s location.
If you’ve ordered without signing up, you can get information about your delivery status by clicking on the “Order Tracking” link, which is also placed in the upper right corner of each page.
Request an Invoice
Log into the "My Account" section of our site and click the "My Orders" link. Once you've opened your order detail page, simply click on the order that you'd like an invoice for.
In the upper right corner of the detail page, you can view your order invoice as a PDF and print it out.
Contact Us
Sign in to your account and click the “My Messages” link under the “My account” button located in the upper-right corner of the screen on each page. From this page, you can contact our customer service representatives and submit complaints and requests.

After receiving of the products subject to return by us, your products will be inspected based on the order of their procedural order. Your refunding will be made after we receive your products to be returned. The refunding will be made by the payment method you used when you placed the order. Since the return procedures are conducted via automatic systems, the refunding will be consummated based on the method of payment for the order which you generated/placed on our system.

No changes can be made on our Internet Store or stores that in your country.
How can I return?
1. The unused products which were purchased from our Lcwaikiki.com address can be returned. To this end, you may;
· You may send your product/products accompanied by its invoice and bill of lading number provided that the delivery and customs charges are covered by you.
· When your products arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected according to the return conditions. If they conform to those conditions, the return will be accepted and refund will be executed based on the method of payment in the order. When your return process is completed, you will be informed via email.

How can I exchange a product?
Products cannot be exchanged neither trought the online or offline stores.
Refund Period
Although it varies from bank to bank, the average refund period is 14 days.
Refund Process
Once products reach our warehouse in Romania they are examined. For suitable products that are accepted, you’ll be reimbursed according to your payment method: for card payments the amount will be reimbursed in your bank account associated with your card; for cash on delivery orders return, you will be contacted for providing your IBAN bank account in which you will be reimbursed. When your refund is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
How do I make a return?
Products that were purchased online from LCW.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. Keep in mind that you must send your product(s) with the courier which makes you the delivery.
In Romania, starting with the date of 1.08.2023, a return fee of 9.90 RON will be applied for orders whose method is Home Delivery. If you opt for the return in the store, this return fee will not apply.
You can make the return depending on the chosen delivery method.
- if you chose easybox as the delivery method, you can only make the return at easybox
- if you chose the delivery method - home delivery - you can request the return only by calling the courier at your address
In both cases, you can opt for a return in our stores.
In Bulgaria, starting with the date of 1.08.2023, a return fee of 5.99 BGN will be applied for orders whose method is Home Delivery.

Return Process

2. On the return form please choose the products you want to return, the number of products you want to return, and choose the reason for the return.
4. To request the Return it is necessary to log in to your LCWaikiki customer account. If you have opted for Payment on Delivery, it is necessary to enter your bank account details in order to be reimbursed for the value of the return.
5. The return request must be completed from your account opened on our website.
6. After you create the return request, the courier will contact you in the next 48 hours about picking up the package.
Return process with PACKETA:
You can send your product(s) to us together with your invoice after completing the return form that you will find behind your invoice.
On the return form, please select the products you would like to return, the number of items to be returned and the reason for the return.
If you have lost your invoice/return form, you can easily print it from the “My Orders” section of your account. Simply click on the order details that contain the products you want to return and print the forms.
Please use the return label with the barcode found in your original order package.

The products can be returned in any LC Waikiki store for Romania, or by courier, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. To request the Return, you must log in to your LCWaikiki customer account. If you have opted for Payment on Delivery, it is necessary to enter the bank account details in order to be reimbursed the value of the return.
The products are your responsibility until they are delivered to the LC Waikiki warehouse, please ensure that they are properly packed and cannot be damaged in transit.
All returned products will be checked upon delivery at the LC Waikiki warehouse. If it does not fall within the terms of the return (missing the invoice, the products are damaged or worn, etc.) we have the right to refuse the return and not to process the refund of the value of the products.
Return process to Easybox
After we register your return request, you will receive by email and SMS the PIN and QR codes with which to unlock the easybox locker when returning the order.
You will have 14 days from the date of the return request to return the product(s) to the easybox lockers, provided that you do not exceed the 30 return days.
Please make sure that the returned product/s fit into one of the drawers. Their dimensions are:
large - 47 cm x 44.5 cm x 39 cm
medium - 47 cm x 44.5 cm x 19 cm
small - 47cm x 44.5cm x 10cm
The weight limit is 20 kg.
Return process with Sameday:
You can send your product(s) to us along after you fill out the return form, found behind your invoice.

To request a Return, you must log in to your LCWaikiki client account. If you have opted for Delivery Payment, it is necessary to enter your bank account details in order to be reimbursed for the return value.
You need to create the return request from your online account on the website.
When the return request is created, SameDay courier will call you regarding the pickup of the package, within the next 48h.
Return Process Econt
1. Products can be returned after completing the return form found on the back.
2. In the return form, please select the products you want to return, the number of products you want to return and choose the reason for the return.
3. To request a Return, you need to log into your LCWaikiki customer account. If you have selected Cash on Delivery, you will need to enter your bank account details for the return to be refunded.
4. The return request must be completed from your account opened on our website.
5. After you create the return request, an Econt courier will contact you in the next 48 hours to pick up the package.
For Locker;
• After we register your return request, you will receive by email and SMS the PIN and QR codes with which to unlock the Econtomat locker when returning the order.
• You will have 14 days from the date of the return request to return the product/s to the Econtomat lockers, the condition is that you do not exceed the 30 return days.
• Please make sure that the returned product/s fit into one of the drawers. Their dimensions are:
• small – 61 cm x 44 cm x 8 cm from 1 kg to 4,99 kg
• medium – 61 cm x 44 cm x 18 cm
• big – 61 cm x 44 cm x 37cm.
The weight limit is 30,5 kg.
For Office;
• You will have 14 days from the date of the return request to return the product/s to the you received Econt office, the condition is that you do not exceed the 30 return days.
